Pandora's Box anno 2006

For me the name Pandora always was related with terms such as punishment and poison. Last week I read an article in the german edition of the financial times which might change this relational thinking. Pandora is an automated music recommendation and Internet radio service created by The Music Genome Project. You begin by entering a song or artist that they love, and the service responds by playing selections that it thinks are musically similar. Afterwards you are able to provide feedback on the individual song choices — approval or disapproval, which the system takes into account for future selections. Works really Great! This morning I changed my my image concept. The embedded slide shows were just too smal to look at. So I switched from embedded to linked slideshows. SO just CLICK on the images to see the pictures and have fun! Toodles Bart

One "flew" over Jesus nest

Great, I spent most of my time in a bed at my parents place, back in great Old Antwerp. Great timing, got of the airplane and four hours later I was completely sick. The flew got me! One big advantage , I didn't gain any weight! Still it was sad, as I couldn't really participate and enjoy the taste of the exquisite things my mother cooked. She prepared her dinner during the last 2 days, and I taste only half of it. Such a shame. Still wish all of you a merry x-mas!

Sand & the Sahara Syndrome

A few days ago I still found sand in my house, which remembered me I still had to publish my pictures. Yes those holidays seem far away. Perhaps it's because of all the things I did since I came back. Or perhaps it was just the usual year-end closing stress. Yes complying with Sarbanes Oxley is a complicated matter and internal resources and colleagues do not always have same priorities. The fabulous breakouts to Lenzerheide and Vienna filled up my weekends. Well long Christmas weekends do have their advantages, first you finally can get the flew as I did, and secondly it leaves you time to do all kind of things you postponed.
